Description
5 1/2 inches long with an 8.25 inch wing-span. Intermediate length, narrow bill. Narrow white, fairly conspicuous eye-ring. The primary extension is fairly short, small head, long tail.  The throat is pale gray, back an olive gray. Wingbars are narrow, white ,with  moderate contrast. Tail movement is casual and seldom. When tail is moved it is normally up. Habitat is in Pine, Juniper and Mountain Chaparral.
