Description
Both sexes have white eyes. Juveniles are similar to females but have black eyes.

L 20" WS 30". Adult male Black with orange bill with a black pot inside a white spot -  white forehead and white patch on the back of the neck -  juvenile brown with dark cap  highlighted with white patch below the cap
