Ovum:   6 days
Larva:   1st Instar -  #1, 4 days - 1st Instar was 3
mm long
              2nd Instar - #2, 4 mm long  2nd instar on first day
              3rd Instar -  #2, 3rd instar 2 days old was 10 mm long
              4th Instar -  #4, 4th instar  was 16 mm long on 13 May 2012
              Total time as larvae was about 17 days

Prepupa:  #4 Prepupa 18 May 2012 - Total time between larvae and pupae was about 2 days

Pupa:   Pupae reared individually in cello cups where the plant material was always fresh were about  9  mm long while those reared on a clump of mistletoe attached to a juniper limb then placed in a bottle  of  water were  7 mm long. - Pupae took 12 to 14 days to develop into adults and emerge.

HOST PLANTS
Adults nectar on  Rhus aromatica==Rhus  trilobate- Fragrant Sumac, syn. Skunkbush Sumac, syn. Squawbush, Lemonade Sumac, Oak-leaf Sumac

Larval Host Plant  
Juniper Mistletoe - Phoradendron juniperinum
