Ova
Oviposited August 15, 2008 and hatched in about  five days.

Larva
Photos of larvae at each instar and pre-pupa.  New fourth instars were about  1/2" long.  They changed from blue-green to a yellowish color at the pre-pupa stage.

Pupa
Adult emerged after about  8 days.
