This Colias larva was collected August 7, 2006, on Lupine at Francis Peak, Davis County, Utah, by Todd Stout.  Adult butterfly emerged in the afternoon of August 23, 2006.

Host Plant
The larva of this butterfly used the Lupine growing at Francis Peak, which is unusual for Utah.  Normal host plants include legumes, milk vetches, golden banner and clovers.
