Characteristics
To 25 foot  tall, large,  thicket-forming shrub or small tree with compact, rounded crown, whitish flowers in large clusters, and bluish fruit. Leaves are opposite; pinnately compound; 5-7" long;  sharply saw-toothed; short-stalked. Yellow-green above, paler and often hairy beneath. All species are potentially poisonous
