Description
Size:  A perennial to 3 feet tall - 
Flowers: 1 inch with violet to blue petals - 
Leaves: lance shaped with wavy margins -
stems:  have short thorns -
Fruit: yellow and then turns blackish

Other
Native to central United States but has spread to other areas - Berries and foliage are poisonous
