Characteristics
Plant grows to 6 feet tall and wide with three to ten inch wide hairy, maple-like leaves.  White, 5 petalled flowers with a crinkly look.  The red fruit looks like a flattened raspberry and is reported to have a variable taste.   After the ripened fruit is taken away from the core, it (the core) looks like a thimble.
