Description
 "Grows 2 to 12 inches tall, square reddish stems branch at leaf axis, leaves are lance shaped, serrated and reddish at tip, one inch long,  half inch broad, opposite, flowers two lipped and tubular.  Edible in salads, and the whole plant can be poulticed onto wounds to promote healing. A mouthwash from an infusion of the whole plant can be used to treat sore throats, thrush and gum infections.  A tea can be made to treat diarrhea and internal bleeding"  Wikipedia
