Description
L 9.25" WS 17".  Long yellow legs exceipt in breeding pumage when they are black - Long, thin, dark pointed bill - non-breeding has white belly and rump with gray back and back of head and neck - Breeding has dark stripe from bill, thru eye and down the side of the next - front of neck and upper breast is orange-rufous
