Pupa #1 formed on the 3rd of April 2008 _____________________________________________________________________________ Male Pima #2 information This male A. cethura pima butterfly pupa was in diapause (hibernation) for 3 years awaiting perfect conditions for emergence to insure survival of it's species in it's harsh desert environment.
